WARNINGS:
​​
1. Any person using the 6VH Hotel site (hereafter "the Website") for reservation purposes must be at least 18 years of age and have the capacity to enter into contracts in accordance with the law (hereafter "the Guest").
 
2. The Guest may reserve, on the Website, on an individual basis and for his/her personal needs, a maximum number of three (3) rooms per reservation.

3. Any reservation or payment of the Guest that is irregular, inoperative, incomplete or fraudulent for a reason attributable to the Guest will result in the cancellation of the reservation at the Guest's expense, without prejudice to any civil or criminal action against the latter.

ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE
​​
The present general terms and conditions of sale (hereafter "General Terms and Conditions") define the rights and obligations of the 6VH Hotel and the Guest (hereafter "the Parties") in the context of the reservation of services offered by the 6VH Hotel. They apply to all reservations made via the Website.

The rates, terms, and conditions of reservation are intended for the reservation of hotel rooms in accordance with their primary purpose: accommodation. The 6VH Hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel the reservation(s), as well as the rates and conditions, if the rooms are used for purposes other than accommodation, such as parties, dinners, meetings, photo shoots, photography and video shoots, film making or interview shoots, written or filmed interviews, whether or not intended for social media, or any other publication, showrooms, etc. (non-exhaustive list) without prior written authorization from the 6 VH Hotel.

The number of people in the rooms may not exceed the number of people reserved and the maximum capacity of the rooms declared to the Paris Police Prefecture.

ARTICLE 2: GENERAL PROVISIONS

These General Terms and Conditions apply to reservations made throughout the duration of the services offered by the 6VH Hotel on the Website.
However, the 6VH Hotel reserves a right to supplement or modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing a new version on the Website, which will automatically apply to any reservation of services registered after its publication.
The 6VH Hotel shall not be liable for the proper functioning of the Guest's computer equipment or their internet access.
The Website is accessible 24/7.
The 6VH Hotel makes its best efforts, in accordance with industry standards, to enable access to and use of the Website and the services offered. The 6VH Hotel cannot guarantee an absolute accessibility or availability of the Website. The 6VH Hotel reserves the right, without notice or compensation, to temporarily close the Website or access to one or more services, particularly to perform updates, maintenance operations, modifications or changes to operational methods, servers, and accessibility hours, without this list being exhaustive. The 6VH Hotel reserves the right to supplement or modify the Website and the services available there at any time, based on technological developments.

ARTICLE 3: CONCLUSION OF THE ONLINE CONTRACT
3.1 Choice of services by the Guest:

The Guest chooses the services presented under his sole responsibility, without that of the 6VH Hotel being sought. He or she is responsible for the nature, destination and terms of reservation.
 
The Guest acknowledges that he has received the necessary advice and information to ensure that the offer meets his needs in order to make his reservation with full knowledge of the facts.

3.2. Booking process :

1. The Guest makes his reservation by means of the dematerialized order form accessible on the Website.
 
2. The Guest attests to the truthfulness and accuracy of the information transmitted.
 
3. The Guest must follow a series of steps to make a reservation, including :
 
- Search for dates of stay, room category and rate;
- Possible selection of one or more additional services (hereafter the "Service or Services") such as breakfast (except when the Service is included in the rate mentioned in the previous point);
- Verification of the details of the reservation, its total cost, the applicable terms and conditions of sale (general and particular);
- Filling in the Guest's details;
- Entering credit card data in the event of a guarantee or prepayment request ;
- Consultation and acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions and the special terms and conditions of sale of the reserved fare before validation of the reservation;
- Validation of the reservation.
 
3.3. Acknowledgement of receipt of the reservation :
 
An acknowledgement of receipt email is sent to the Guest. It summarises the contract offer, the reserved services, the prices, the total amount of the reservation, the terms and conditions of sale relating to the selected tariff, accepted by the Guest, and the date of the reservation made.

3.4. Formation of the reservation :
 
The reservation is deemed to have been made upon confirmation of the reservation.

Confirmation of the reservation implies acceptance of the General Conditions, full knowledge of them, and the Guest's waiver of the right to invoke their own purchasing or other conditions.

ARTICLE 4: PRICES
​​
1. The prices relating to the reservation of the services are indicated on the Website and confirmed at the time of the reservation.
 
2. The prices indicated are per room for the number of person(s) and the date selected.
​
3. Prices are determined by a precise price management. Therefore, these can vary depending on the booking date, the days of the stay, the gap between the check in date and check out date, etc.
 
4. Prices are confirmed to the Guest in the Hotel's commercial currency, including VAT, and are only valid for the period indicated on the website.
 
5. All reservations are payable in the local currency of the Hotel.
 
6. Unless otherwise mentioned on the Website, Services (breakfast) are not included in the price and are subject to pricing displayed separately.

7. The City tax, shown on the rates page, is to be paid directly at the Hotel.
 
8. The prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the reservation. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the prices indicated on the date of the invoice.
 
9. Likewise, any modification or introduction of new legal or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities will automatically be reflected in the prices indicated on the date of the invoice.
 
10. Conversion into foreign currency is given for information purposes only and is not contractual. Only the currency confirmed at the time of booking is guaranteed.

 
ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT :

  1. The Guest communicates his bank details as a guarantee of the reservation, except for special conditions or rates, by credit or private bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express...) by indicating directly, in the area provided for this purpose (input secured by SSL encryption), the card number, its validity date (the bank card must be valid at least until the last day of the stay) and the visual cryptogram. He/she must come to the Hotel with the credit card that enabled him/her to guarantee the reservation or to make the prepayment. The Hotel may ask the guest to show proof of identity in order to prevent credit card fraud.
 
    2. The payment is made at the Hotel during your stay, except in the case of special conditions or rates where payment is made at the time of booking (online prepayment on EARLY BOOKING rates, non-refundable and non cancelable). This prepayment is referred to as a deposit. In the case of a rate that is not prepaid online, the Hotel will ask the Guest, upon arrival, for a security deposit or authorization to debit the credit card, in order to guarantee payment of the sums corresponding to the services consumed on site.

   3. Deposit: 100% of the stay will be pre-authorized at the time of booking or upon the Guest's arrival.
Prerequisites for implementing the deposit: upon confirmation of the Guest's booking or upon his arrival

   4. In the event of no show (reservation not cancelled - Guest not present) of a reservation guaranteed by credit card, the Hotel will debit the Guest, as a lump sum compensation, the amount of the first night on the credit card that was given as a guarantee of the reservation and any additional nights of the reservation will be cancelled without charge unless otherwise indicated in the sales conditions of the reserved rate. By making a reservation, the Guest expressly authorizes the Hotel to proceed with the payment of the fixed compensation.

   5. At the time of prepayment, the amount that is debited at the time of booking includes: the price of accommodation, taxes linked to the accommodation, the price of Service if breakfast is chosen, taxes linked to food and any other Services selected by the Guest.
​
   6. In the case of a fare subject to online prepayment, the amount paid in advance, which is the deposit, is debited at the      time of booking.
​
ARTICLE 6: CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION BY THE GUEST'S FAULT
​
1. In accordance with Article L 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the Guest does not have the right of withdrawal on the provision of accommodation and catering services.
2. The conditions of sale of the reserved fare specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.
3. Reservations with prepayment will not be subject to any modification and/or cancellation. No refunds or credit deferral will be made for advance payments made as deposits. In this case, it is mentioned in the conditions of sale of the tariff.
4. When the conditions of sale of the reserved fare allow it, the cancellation or modification of the reservation can be made directly with the Hotel, whose telephone details are specified on the confirmation of the reservation sent by e-mail.
5. In case of interruption of the stay, the entire agreed price at time of booking will be collected. In case of reservation with prepayment, no refund will be granted.
6. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Guest must leave the room before 12.00 noon on the day of the end of the reservation. Failure to do so will result in an additional night's stay being charged.
7. All reservations are nominative and can in no case be transferred to a third party, either free of charge or for a consideration.

ARTICLE 7: RELOCATION :
​​
In the event of an exceptional event or the impossibility of making the reserved room available to the Guest or in the event of force majeure, the Hotel reserves the right to arrange for the Guest to be accommodated in a hotel of an equivalent category for services of the same nature and subject to having informed the Guest in advance. Any additional cost of the room, transport between the two hotels and a telephone call shall remain the responsibility of the hotel initially booked.

ARTICLE 8: STAY AT THE HOTEL :
​
1. In application of the regulations in force in France, the Guest will be asked to fill out a police form upon arrival at the Hotel. To do so, the Guest will be asked to show proof of identity in order to check whether or not he/she must complete the police form.
2. The Guest must comply with the Hotel's Internal Regulations available at the Hotel Reception. In the event of non-compliance with these Regulations, the Hotel shall be obliged to invite the Guest to leave the Hotel without any compensation and/or without any refund if a payment has already been made. If no payment has yet been made, the Guest must pay the full price of the stay (nights consumed plus nights booked but not yet consumed) before leaving the establishment.
3. The 6VH Hotel offers free WIFI access. The Guest undertakes not to use its computer resources for purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or communication to the public of any goods protected by copyright or a related right without the authorisation of the holders of these rights or in violation of their rights.
4. Check in’s are made at 3.00PM and Check out’s at 12PM at the latest.

ARTICLE 9: RESPONSABILITY - COMPLAINTS
​​
The 6 VH Hotel declines all liability for theft, loss, or damage to the Guest's valuables, that are not deposited in the safes provided free of charge.
​
Each room and suite has a safe, the use of which is strongly recommended, with a personal code.
​
The Guest will be held liable for any damage, deterioration, or vandalism that may occur due to the occupancy of the premises and/or due to the actions or fault of the participants and/or staff for which the Guest is responsible, to movable, decorative, or immovable property, whether or not belonging to the hotel. Consequently, the 6 VH Hotel is fully entitled to ask the Guest to leave the hotel without compensation or reimbursement for the current stay, and to reimburse any damages caused by these actions.
​
The 6 VH Hotel, in the online sales process, is only bound by a best efforts obligation. It cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Internet, such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruptions, or any other related and unintentional problems.
​​
Complaints relating to the non-performance or improper performance of hotel services must be notified to the 6VH Hotel in writing within eight days (at the latest) of the date of departure from the Hotel directly to the Hotel, on pain of foreclosure.
​

ARTICLE 10: FORCE MAJEURE
​​
Force majeure means any event beyond the control of the 6VH Hotel, which could not reasonably have been foreseen at the time of booking and whose effects cannot be avoided by appropriate measures, which prevents either the Guest or the hotelier from fulfilling all or part of the obligations stipulated at the time of booking. Force majeure are those generally recognized by the case law of French courts and tribunals.
Neither party shall be held liable to the other party for failure to perform its obligations resulting from a force majeure event. It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends, for the Parties, the performance of their mutual obligations and that each party shall bear the cost of any resulting expenses. If the impediment is permanent, the reservation is canceled and the Parties are released from their obligations, the Guest remains, however, required to pay the price of their reservation until the date of their departure following the occurrence of the event deemed to be force majeure.

ARTICLE 11: RESPECT FOR PRIVACY
​​
1. If a piece of information identified as mandatory is not received, the 6VH Hotel won't be able to record the booking and handle the possible complaints of the Guest.
2. The information processed is for the use of the 6VH Hotel and its partners, notably the online payment provider.
3. As part of the pre-contractual measures for the booking or the performance of the hotel booking contract, the Hotel and its partners may, each one in its own capacity, receive identity data, personal, private, and professional information, economic and financial information for the purposes of the hotel reservation and handling complaints.
4. The Client hereby authorizes the 6VH Hotel to communicate his/her personal information to third parties on the condition that such communication is compatible with the conducting of operations of the 6VH Hotel under the General Terms and Conditions.
5. In particular, when paying online, the Guest's payment information must be transmitted by the payment provider to the Hotel's bank, in order to execute the hotel booking contract. The Guest hereby consents to this necessary transfer for the execution of his/her booking. The payment provider, in its professional capacity, is committed, with regard to the 6VH Hotel, to take all security measures and to respect the confidentiality of the information for said data transfers.
6. The Guest has the option to object, at no cost, to the information regarding him/her to be used for prospecting purposes, particularly commercial purposes. Pursuant to the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the Client also has a right to object for legitimate reasons, and a right to query, access, and correct the information regarding him/her by writing to sagavh75@gmail.com. The 6VH Hotel may send its newsletter to its Guests by email, containing promotional offers, a satisfaction survey following their hotel stay, and also provide the Guest with an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each sales prospecting email.
7. Opposition to telephone solicitation: The Guest has the right to register on a list that opposes all telephone solicitation (Bloctel)

ARTICLE 12: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
 
The General Terms and Conditions do not imply any transfer of any property rights, particularly intellectual property rights, over the elements belonging to the 6VH Hotel to the benefit of the Guest, who shall refrain in any event from any action or deed likely to infringe, directly or indirectly, the intellectual property rights of the 6VH Hotel.
In this regard, it is hereby specified that the content of the Website, the general structure, as well as the trademarks, designs, models, animated or still images, texts, photographs, logos, graphic charters, software and programs, search engines, databases, sounds, videos, domain names, design, and all other elements comprising the Website or any other information contained therein, without this list being exhaustive, are the exclusive property of the 6VH Hotel or the partners or third parties who have granted it a license, and are protected by intellectual property rights that are or will be recognized under the laws in force.
Any reproduction and/or representation, in whole or in part, of any of these elements without the express authorization of the 6VH Hotel is prohibited and would constitute, in particular, but not exclusively, an infringement punishable under the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.
 
ARTICLE 13: EVIDENTIARY AGREEMENT

1. The entry of the required banking information, as well as the acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions and of the reservation, constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature.
2. The computerised registers kept in the 6VH Hotel’s computer systems are kept under reasonable conditions of security and are considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the Parties.
3. The Guest is informed that his/her IP address may be recorded at the time of booking.
 
ARTICLE 14: SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute between the hotel and the guest, the two sides will endeavour to find an amicable solution.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, the guest has the option of referring the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman to whom the hotel reports, namely the Association des Médiateurs Européens (AME CONSO), within one year of the written complaint being sent to the hotel.
