Commitment of SAGA V.H. to the protection of personal data
May 25, 2018 marks the entry into force of the French General Data Protection Regulation (Règlement Général pour la Protection des Données) known as "RGPD". This text aims to significantly overhaul and unify Europe's fundamental legislation on the protection of personal data. To adapt to this new regulation, the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 was adapted and voted, in its revised version, at the French National Assembly on May 14, 2018.
